Hello, my name is Shelby May. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Scotty, the muscle behind all of my ideas. We have two beautiful children together, Luca and Eden, who are currently two and three. They were born 13 months apart, life is crazy but oh so beautiful. With having children so close together I have had my hands full for awhile now, but that’s where I found my love for party planning. Every shower or party that was thrown I was so deep into making sure it was perfect, every detail. I found a love for making sure these events went off perfectly, so I knew when my sister told me she was engaged that I wanted to plan her wedding. I spent months researching, shopping, and sourcing to making sure her wedding was all that she dreamed it would be. The day came, every detail, every smile, every child running around with their 17th cupcake. I knew this is what I want to do, I want to give people special memories that they will never forget.

Wedding attire assistance including color palette and appointment attendance for couple and wedding party

Decor closet open for rental at an additional cost, items including tablecloths, linen napkins, floral, lighting and more!
Month of coordination and Design
This package includes:
3-4 in person or virtual meetings and unlimited texts/calls and emails correspondence
Personalized board with ideas and inspiration for every aspect of your wedding day based on theme, colors, and budget
Arrangement and coordination of events throughout the night, like grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting and more
Detailed timeline for day of and custom timelines for the couple, family, and wedding party
Final venue walkthrough and day before rehearsal walkthrough
Full set up and break down support
Our client closet provides an extensive selection of rental items to enhance your event decor and atmosphere, such as elegant tablecloths, exquisite flowers, stylish table numbers, decorative signs, and additional options available for a supplemental fee.
